NEW: Registration for MYS is now entirely online. All forms are to be filled out online and submitted electronically. If you prefer to pay by check, you will have the option of printing the forms to mail to us. If you are unable to get the forms online for any reason, please contact the MYS office at shannon@playmys.org or 503-239-4566 and we will arrange to get forms to you.

New and returning students can register at any time; forms should be submitted at least one week before your prefered try-out date. There is a place on the form for you to indicate your prefered date and time to play for us (see TRY-OUT TIMES).
We will make every effort to assign you a slot as close to this as possible.
We will EMAIL you to let you know the time and day of your audition.

  Fill out the online REGISTRATION FORM. At the end of registration, you'll be taken to the Medical & Volunteer forms
• If you've already submitted Registration, you can go directly to MEDICAL FORM and VOLUNTEER FORM
• We will email you a time based on the preferences you state when you submit your forms
• If you are in need of financial assistance, you may also submit the FINANCIAL AID FORM
  

Requests for financial aid are reviewed periodically and all applications will be considered. You must submit a completed financial aid form with all requested documentation in order to be considered for financial aid.
