All MYS registration forms are available online. Please save all forms to your computer. Fill them out on the computer, then print and mail them to MYS, along with the $40 registration fee.

New and returning students can send in registration at any time; forms should arrive at MYS one week before your prefered audition date. There is a place on the form for you to write your prefered date and time for audition (see AUDITION TIMES).
We will make every effort to assign you a slot as close to this as possible.
We will EMAIL you to let you know the time of your audition.

Requests for financial aid are reviewed periodically - the first deadline is August 20. You must submit a completed financial aid form with all requested documentation in order to be considered for financial aid.
